Sean Casey

Sean Casey joined Ashwill Associates in 2010. He specializes in representing property owners in the sale and lease of industrial property, and representing tenants in the acquisition and leasing of properties.

Sean is currently marketing 12 multi-tenant, industrial properties throughout the San Gabriel Valley and Inland Empire for lease. Sean has brokered over 500 transactions as of January 2011. A high volume of lease transactions has developed keen negotiation skills in representing both the Lessee and Lessor. Sean made partner with Ashwill Associates in his third year with the firm.
