Cory Lewis

Cory Lewis started his commercial real estate career in 1998 with Ashwill Associates’ City of Industry office. Cory was named Senior Vice President of Ashwill Associates office in late 1999.

Throughout his twenty five year career with Ashwill Associates Cory has focused his marketing efforts throughout the San Gabriel Valley Cities. During this time Cory has been involved in the representation of Developers, Investors, Buyers & Sellers and Landlords & Tenants in their acquisition and disposition of Industrial Properties.

During his career, Cory has completed over 400 Sale and Lease transactions totaling near a quarter of a billion dollars, and has been involved with the sale of over 50 acres of raw industrial land throughout the San Gabriel Valley.

Cory was born, raised and resides in Orange County, he has been married for 23 years and has two children. He has been a member of the American Industrial Real Estate Association since 1998.
