With almost 35 years of industrial transaction expertise he specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial product including warehouse sales, leasing and development, land sale and acquisition, investment acquisition and sales within the San Gabriel Valley and East to the Inland Empire. He has an impressive resume of over 900 Sale and Lease transactions involving over 13,000,000 s.f. of industrial product. David is well versed and seasoned in his ability to serve his clients with their real estate objectives including in depth market knowledge and analysis to obtaining highest price, structuring lease transactions, dealing with complex environmental issues, arranging available financing for clients and assisting Seller and Buyers in completing their IRS 1031-Tax Deferred Exchanges and Reverse Exchanges.
