Connor Casey began his real estate career with Ashwill Associates in 2017. Specializing in industrial product, Connor assists business owners in their search for warehouse, distribution, and manufacturing facilities. In addition, he represents commercial property owners in sale and lease agreements. Connor has facilitated over 100 real estate transactions throughout L.A. County, Orange County, and the Inland Empire.
Connor was born and raised in Chino, California. He graduated from California State University, Fullerton in 2011 - Bachelor of Arts, Business Administration with emphasis in Marketing. He has been a member of the American Industrial Real Estate Association since 2017.
Cory Lewis started his commercial real estate career in 1998 with Ashwill Associates’ City of Industry office. Cory was named Senior Vice President of Ashwill Associates office in late 1999 based on his performance and professionalism.
Throughout his seventeen year career with Ashwill Associates Cory has focused his marketing efforts throughout the San Gabriel Valley Cities. During this time Cory has been involved in the representation of Developers, Investors, Buyers & Sellers and Landlords & Tenants in their acquisition and disposition of Industrial Properties.
During his career, Cory has completed over 300 Sale and Lease transactions totaling near a quarter of a billion dollars, and has been involved with the sale of over 30 acres of raw industrial land throughout the San Gabriel Valley.
Cory was born, raised and resides in North Orange County, he has been married for 17 years and has two children. He has been a member of the American Industrial Real Estate Association since 1998.

David began his industrial real estate career with Ashwill Hawkins in 1989 which later became Ashwill Associates. David is a principal at Ashwill Associates. With almost 30 years of industrial transaction expertise he specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial product including warehouse sales, leasing and development, land sale and acquisition, investment acquisition and sales within the San Gabriel Valley and East to the Inland Empire. He has an impressive resume of over $400,000,000 in transactions involving over 11,000,000 s.f. of industrial product. David is well versed and seasoned in his ability to serve his clients with their real estate objectives including in depth market knowledge and analysis to obtaining highest price, structuring lease transactions, dealing with complex environmental issues, arranging available financing for clients and assisting Seller and Buyers in completing their IRS 1031-Tax Deferred Exchanges and Reverse Exchanges. He is known throughout the Southern California industrial business and brokerage community for his ability to make deals quickly and efficiently with the utmost integrity and care in dealing with his clients and other brokers.
David graduated from the University of Southern California (USC) with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with Entrepreneurship Emphasis in 1987. Raised in South Pasadena, he graduated from South Pasadena High School 1983. David has been married for 23 years and has two children.
Edward Lee, Senior Vice President with Ashwill Associates – City of Industry, has worked for CBRE from September 2000 thru September 2004 and Lee & Associates from September 2004 thru August 2009. Mr. Lee has been involved in the sale and leasing of industrial space for more than 10 years in San Gabriel Valley and the Inland Empire, focusing on cities such as City of Industry, Walnut, Irwindale, Santa Fe Springs, Pomona, Chino, Ontario, Mira Loma and Fontana.
Lee has wide-ranging experience working with clients and has garnered a reputation as being detail-oriented and possessing the ability to provide both service and solutions, as necessary. Furthermore, he has been responsible for effectively planning projects as well as demonstrating the ability to assess the tasks necessary to complete a given project. A much-desired and unique skill is his fluency in Mandarin Chinese and Taiwanese.
Lee’s proper experience in sales and negotiations are an important part of his background, as is his experience working with contractors. During his four-year stint in the manufacturing field, Mr. Lee was responsible for significantly increasing his company’s business resulting in an increase from 60 to 500 employees. Mr. Lee also has considerable experience within the hotel industry, having served as the manager of two major hotels in the Southern California area.

Mr. Lee earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration with a major in finance, real estate and law from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.
Greg Ashwill started his commercial real estate career in 1986 with CBRE. In 1987 Mr. Ashwill became a founding principal of Ashwill Hawkins. Today, Ashwill Associates has three independently owned offices in Southern California with approximately thirty agents.
Throughout his twenty nine year career, Greg has continued to focus his efforts in the Inland Empire. In working in all facets of Industrial Commercial Real Estate, Greg has been actively involved in the representation of Developers in ground up development, entitlement and has represented thirteen (13) new projects encompassing approximately 2,750,000 square feet. He has also worked with Investors in the acquisition and sale of Industrial Buildings and Business Parks. Over the course of his career Greg has also completed over 950 Sale and Lease transactions totaling in excess of 10,000,000 square feet of space with an approximate market value over $950 million dollars.
Greg graduated from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) in 1986.
In addition, he is an active member of the Society of Industrial and Office Real Estate (SIOR), and the American Industrial Real Estate Association (AIR) as well.
Mitch Ashwill began his real estate career in 1987 as a founding partner in Ashwill Hawkins, now Ashwill Associates. With a focus in the San Gabriel Valley and Inland Empire markets, Mitch has extensive experience in all areas of commercial real estate: development (land acquisition and entitlements), investments, individual owners and tenant representation. Many of Mitch’s transactions have resulted in repeat clients which is testament to his ability to service his clients with experience and attention to detail.
Mitch is responsible for the acquisition, development and disposition of more than 280 acres of land, more than 550 industrial buildings totaling in excess of 11,500,000 square feet. The Los Angeles Economic Development Corporation has twice named Mitch “Broker of the Year”.
In 1987 Mitch graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration and Urban and Regional Planning.
Sean Casey joined Ashwill Associates in 2010. He specializes in representing property owners in the sale and lease of industrial property, and representing tenants in the acquisition and leasing of properties.
Sean is currently marketing 12 multi-tenant, industrial properties throughout the San Gabriel Valley for lease. Sean has brokered over 200 transactions as of January 2011. A high volume of lease transactions has developed keen negotiation skills in representing both the Lessee and Lessor. Sean made partner with Ashwill Associates in his third year with the firm.
